get_kernel_plot¶
- sherpa.astro.ui.get_kernel_plot(id=None, recalc=True)¶
Return the data used by plot_kernel.
- Parameters
id (int or str, optional) – The data set. If not given then the default identifier is used, as returned by
get_default_id
.recalc (bool, optional) – If
False
then the results from the last call toplot_kernel
(orget_kernel_plot
) are returned, otherwise the data is re-generated.
- Returns
kernel_plot
- Return type
a
sherpa.plot.PSFKernelPlot
instance- Raises
sherpa.utils.err.IdentifierErr – If a PSF model has not been created for the data set.
