The XSPEC eplogpar model: log-parabolic blazar model with nu-Fnu normalization.
The model is described at [1].

¶ The peak energy, in keV, of the nu-Fnu curve.

¶ The curvature term.

¶ The flux in nu-Fnu units at the energy Ep.
